Privacy

Privacy policy.

This policy explains what information GrantLedge Partners collects through this website, how information you choose to send us is used and retained, and what rights you have over it.

Effective date: August 4, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to the GrantLedge Partners website at grantledge.org and to correspondence you send to us at the address below. It does not apply to any third-party website you may reach through a link on this site.

For the purposes of this policy, "personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with a particular individual.

2. Information collected automatically

This website does not collect personal information automatically. It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics or measurement software. It contains no advertising technology, no social media widgets, and no third-party scripts of any kind.

All fonts, stylesheets, and scripts are served from this domain rather than from an external content delivery network. Loading a page on this site therefore does not disclose your IP address or browsing activity to Google or any other third party.

3. Server logs

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. As is standard for web hosting, Hostinger's servers generate technical logs that may include IP address, browser type and version, the resource requested, referring page, and a timestamp. These logs are generated and controlled by Hostinger for security, diagnostics, and service reliability.

We do not use these logs for analytics, profiling, or marketing. Hostinger's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy.

4. The contact form

The form on our contact page does not transmit data to a server or database. It composes a message in your own email application using the details you have entered. No information leaves your device until you choose to send that message, and you may review, edit, or discard it beforehand.

Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send account credentials, government identification numbers, payment details, or donor records containing personal information by email. Where an engagement requires material of that kind, we will agree on a secure method of transfer in advance.

5. Information you provide to us

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include. This is typically your name, your organization, your email address, and the contents of your message. In the course of an engagement, you may also provide financial and operational records belonging to your organization.

We use this information only to:

  • respond to your enquiry and correspond with you
  • evaluate whether we are able to assist your organization
  • perform and support any services you ask us to perform
  • maintain our own records of the work we have undertaken

6. Legal bases for processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal information on the basis of your consent, given when you choose to contact us; on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering an agreement, and the performance of that agreement; and on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining records of work performed. You may withdraw consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

7. Disclosure

We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding twelve months. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your information for the marketing purposes of any third party.

We disclose information only in the following circumstances:

  • to individuals working on your engagement, where any exist, and then only as necessary to carry out that work
  • at your direction, such as an introduction you have asked us to make
  • to our email and hosting providers, acting as service providers in the ordinary course of transmitting and storing correspondence
  • where disclosure is required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other valid legal process

8. Retention

We retain correspondence and engagement materials for three years following the conclusion of an engagement, or three years from the date of an enquiry that does not result in an engagement, after which they are deleted. We may retain material for longer where a law, a funder requirement, or an unresolved dispute obliges us to. You may request earlier deletion at any time, and we will comply unless one of those obligations prevents it.

9. Security

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We restrict access to correspondence and engagement files to those who need it, and we take reasonable measures to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you; request that it be corrected or completed; request that it be deleted; request that we restrict or cease processing it; object to processing; and request a copy in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email aryan@grantledge.org. We will respond within thirty days, or within any shorter period required by the law that applies to you. We will not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights. We do not use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.

11. International visitors

We operate in the United States, and information you send us will be processed there. Data protection law in the United States may differ from the law of your own country. By contacting us, you understand that your information will be handled as described in this policy.

12. Children

This website is directed to people working at or with nonprofit organizations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it. A parent or guardian who believes we hold such information should contact us at the address below.

13. Do Not Track

Because this website performs no tracking of any kind, Do Not Track browser signals require no response from us.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The effective date above records when it was last revised, and any revision takes effect on the date it is posted. Because we do not collect contact details from visitors, we are unable to notify you of changes directly, and we encourage you to review this page before sending us information.

15. Governing information

GrantLedge Partners is the party responsible for the information described in this policy. We are based in the State of Tennessee, United States.

16. Contact

Questions, requests, and complaints regarding this policy should be directed to aryan@grantledge.org. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
